Gig Palmer, C'93
Palmer is a senior investment banker with the Financial Institutions Group of Raymond James & Associates where he provides a wide range of merger and acquisition, capital formation and other advisory services, principally to the insurance and asset management industries. He joined Raymond James in May 2007 from Deutsche Bank where he worked with the Financial Institutions Group. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, he worked with the financial institution groups at both KeyBanc Capital Markets and Advest, Inc., always with a focus on the insurance sector. He received his MBA from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree from the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee.
